We want you to be fully satisfied with our services. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for Decent Online engagements.

Website Development Projects

A 50% advance is required to begin work. This advance is non-refundable once design work has started. The remaining balance is due before final handover.

Monthly Retainers (SEO, Ads, Social Media)

Monthly services can be cancelled with 15 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current month once work has begun.
